This nautical inspired platter began with an idea and a slab of clay. Add a potter (me) and it’s transformed into a fully functional yet decorative platter perfect for serving up meals while adding an coastal vibe to any setting. Use it for a personal sized meal or for a dinner party, it really is that ‘just perfect’ size. The rich tones and natural feel will highlight any table, countertop or display. Built to be a versatile tool in any kitchenware lineup, it is also a fantastic gift.
Each piece is hand built, decorated and glazed by me. Natural variations in size, shape, color and texture are part of the charm of the hand making process and an integral part of of what makes each unique. I used a fern stem to imprint the design on this platter to create this one of a kind dish.

Dishwasher, microwave and food safe. I encourage hand washing to prolong the beauty of your pottery. When heated in a microwave, pottery can get warm. Handle carefully.
